Kudos to Christy Braddy! She
helped me soo much in the last few days! I called on Saturday regarding
a rear window that had fallen into the door on Friday. She had it
fixed and ready for pick up on Monday. Because of the late pick up on
my part, it wasn't until I got home Monday and checked the windows inthe
driveway....the OTHER rear window did the exact same thing!!
I was
able to get the car back to her at noon today and she had it ready for
pick up after work. Not only that, she worked with my extended warranty
company to waive the deductible and arranged for shuttle service. She
went above and beyond and made a strange situation seem tolerable.

Hello Aubrey, I wanted to let you let someone know what wonderful service I have received at the Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. My car was towed to the dealership over a month ago due to fluids leaking out. The jeep is under warranty through Max Care. I began dealing with Thomas Lock before the vehicle was even towed to the dealership. He was and has continued to be extremely helpful and courteous. He continued to communicate with me and keep me informed as to the status of the repairs. On September 2nd the repairs were completed and I picked my vehicle up. I was going out of town to vacation a few days in Orlando on Friday, September 3rd when the vehicle overheated on 95 just past St. Augustine. Thomas advised me to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. Due to the distance involved the towing charge was $285.00 even with my AAA membership. Thomas received approval from his boss to cover the towing fee. I can?t even tell you how much this helped as I probably would not have been able to take my out of town vacation if I had to pay for the tow. Throughout the following week Thomas assisted me in working with MaxCare in order to have the additional repairs approved. It was a very difficult time for me and Thomas continued to be extremely helpful and very honest about what was going on and what I needed to do throughout the ordeal. Max Care did approve all charges and Thomas called me today to advise my car was ready to go home. Thomas made sure I had transportation through both times the car was at the dealership?some of the rentals at his expense, not through Max Care. I can?t even begin to express my gratitude for everything Thomas has done and how pleased I am with my experience at your dealership. I would recommend anyone to come to Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge and I will be a returning customer for any future maintenance or warranty work on my Jeep. With deepest appreciation, S. Durham

Monday July 26, 2010 experienced my first time visit to your
dealership. Had a problem with my 2006 Chrysler 300-locked in park. On
Sunday afternoon I phoned your dealership and was greeted by an
extremely accommodating lady by the name of Ashley-I inquired as to the
service department hours and she asked my problem. She insisted on
taking the information-Sunday afternoon-and assigning me
a service advisor-Thomas Locke-so when I came in Monday I would have a
contact person. On Monday disabled vehicle delivered and I met Mr. Locke
who set the wheels in motion for repairs. Mr. Locke went over my
service contract and suggested I allow the shuttle to take me home
rather than sit in the dealership for several hours. ANOTHER rep. of
your dealership-Thomas the shuttle van operator.
Pleasant, interesting and very thoughtful---GOOD rep. for your
dealership.Vehicle was repaired on Monday and your dealership NOW has
another satisfied customer.

I am writing to share what wonderful experiences my husband and I have had with your dealership recently. We contemplated trading in our 2005 Dodge Ram for a younger vehicle so we visited your dealership. Ray Murr was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Although, we decided financially it was not the right time to trade in, we certainly appreciated Ray's service and plan to return when the time is right. This was our first visit to your dealership and after we received such great service there we decided to use your service department to repair the brake issues David's truck was having. Previously we had been using Brakes for Less and Jiffy Lube for services with less than stellar results. We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Thomas Locke. He was friendly, professional, and made David feel completely comfortable. He made sure David got to work on time, as well. This type of personal service is priceless nowadays. He is an asset to your dealership. The check out experience was very pleasant, as well. Ashleigh Higginbotham was fast and courteous while processing our payment. I have had many not pleasant dealings with another local dealership's service department recently with an issue on my Toyota, and cannot tell you how refreshing it was to have great service. David has commented multiple times already on how great his truck is now driving. I am so glad we have found a wonderful place to take his truck for maintenance. David has already told his brother, who drives a Dodge Ram, that he needs to take his truck there for service. The great service provided by your employees has earned you a new loyal customer. I called the Parts Dept
this morning and spoke with Jenny. Often times, people working the
Parts desk do not receive much feedback unless something goes wrong. I
am writing for an entirely different reason. Jenny was so helpful - all I
wanted was a couple U joints for a truck that is currently torn apart
and despite them being on backorder (severe backorder), she took the
extra step of telling me of a dealership that had two in stock, and
giving me their phone number. You have no idea how much that made my
day. I called that other dealership and was able to get them shipped to
me. Not only that, there were some other parts that she provided part
numbers for (so I could do it as one complete order) and because that
other dealer did not have them available and because of Jenny's
assistance, I called your department back to order them. I just wanted
to write to say THANK YOU, you have absolutely no idea how much I
appreciate you, Jenny, for taking the extra few minutes to help me. My
fiance and I are very grateful - you made my morning just by doing your

I am working temporarily in Jacksonville for
the next few months. Three weeks ago my Chrysler Sebring broke down on a
Sunday evening. It was towed into Jax CDJ and I arrived with the tow
truck at around 8:15 pm, fifteen minutes after closing. Fortunately,
Damone Smith was still working on a sale and he helped me to get a cab
and showed me where to fill out the paperwork for my repairs. He was a
great help. I am not from Jacksonville and my cab ride didn't show up
until after 9:30 - I didn't have anyone to call to pick me up, so I
appreciated his help very much.For the next couple of days, Michelle
Knecht took care of contacting me about the repairs. She did a fantastic
job - my repair bill was over $1200 and took three days, but Michelle
did a great job of communicating with me and I was very impressed her
sympathetic, but professional, manner. I've had fairly good experiences
with my Chrysler dealer in St. Petersburg, but I just wanted to write
and let you know that I was especially appreciative of the helpfulness
of Damone and Michelle - and also I would like to thank the nice young
lady in your building who handled my Enterprise car rental return. They
are excellent representatives of your company and they went above and

I am contacting you
regarding my recent experience with your service department. On
Tuesday, September 29, 2009 while on a trip to Jacksonville for my
wife's appointment at the Mayo Clinic, it was my unfortunate necessity
that I visit your service department. Just as I was entering
Jacksonville on my trip from Cordele, GA, the water pump on my 2001
Dodge Dakota pickup malfunctioned. I made it to your dealership before
any damage was done to the engine and was turned over to Service
Advisor, Al Palmer.
Always leery of having to have work done while
quite a few miles from home, I must say that my experience turned out
very well. Al immediately arranged for the courtesy van, driven by
Stephanie, to take us to the Mayo so that my wife could make her
appointment on time. He got the truck into the shop to see what was
wrong. There were a couple of other items that needed attention. The
work was authorized and expected to be completed by the days end.
Stephanie returned to the Mayo and dropped us off at the Towne Center so
we could kill some time while the wrok was being done. Jim, Courtsey
Van Driver, returned to the mall to get us back to the dealership. The
shop was unable to complete the work before days end, so another van
driver took us to the drug store to pick up some needed items for our
unplanned overnight stay. He then took us to the Holiday Inn where Al
had helped make the reservation. The HI was a good choice as the desk
clerk was very helpful in making a bad situation not so bad. The next
morning all repairs were completed and we were on the road by 10:00am.
We were a day late, but on the road home.
I want to thank Al,
Stephanie, Jim and the ohter van driver for helping to make a bad
situation bearable. The shop seems to have done a good job as the truck
is running fine.

We would like to
thank Jacksonville Chrysler Plymouth Jeep and Aubri O'Reilly for going
above and beyond in service. Our daughter, Paige, is a student at the
University of North Florida. The Jeep that we purchased at Coconut Creek
Chrysler Plymouth Jeep in S Florida had been upgraded with an inferior
lift kit which had jeopardized the safety of Paige on more than one
occasion. It made it even more difficult due to the fact that Paige is
attending school more than five hours away from home. After several of
the incidents, it was not safe for Paige to drive the Jeep home for
repairs at the dealership where purchased. It was, then, that your
dealership came to the rescue.
After attempting repairs on each
occasion at both dealerships, with short-lived success, we received a
letter of warranty from the S Florida dealership and AutoNation. You
service manager, Guy Whitsell, was instrumental in coordinating repairs
with payments being made by the Coconut Creek dealership on each
occasion. It was finally determined that the lift kit would continue to
malfunction until one of heavier quality was installed. Guy had obtained
authorization from Coconut Creek and was in the process of ordering the
parts when he passed away. In the meantime, the Coconut Creek
dealership closed.
Aubri jumped right in and took over. She worked very well
with Paige and her school/work schedule in order to accomplish the
repairs in a timely manner. Aubri and your dealership were efficient and
professional in all aspects. Although the repairs were not completed in
one day as was originally thought, we were much more concerned with
Paige's safety than the few days that it would take to right a
two-year-long wrong.
We will happily continue our relationship with Jacksonville
Jeep for service and future purchases; and we will confidently recommend
your dealership to anyone and everyone.

Most people
will send comments when things go wrong, but fail to acknowledge when
they go right. I want to take this time to thank you and your staff -
Michelle, and John(the man who repaired my car) yesterday. I had my
Chrysler Sebring in your shop the week of Christmas - the whole week-
for a major oil leak, tune up, etc. which came to $2,200.00. So you can
imagine my surprise when I was driving down 9A yesterday and my oil
pressure light came on. According to the manual I should pull over and
cut off my engine immediately. Fortunately, I was close to your
dealership so I pulled in around 2:30pm. I was told that your shop was
very busy and they would see if John could come out and take a look at
it. Needless to say, he did and took the time to have my car repaired
(replacement of an oil pressure sending unit) and I was back on the road
within an hour. The attitude could have been we are too busy, there
are other people/cars ahead of you, if you want to leave your car we
will look at it on Monday, etc. I am so grateful this was not the
attitude and to have received the excellent customer service I did from
your staff yesterday.

Hello Aubri,
My name is Lou Bauer, and I picked
up my Dodge Dakota from service earlier today. I just wanted to let
you know how impressed I am with the service that I received! I made my
appt with Christy Braddy and she was very polite, and seem genuinely
concerned about my problems. She said that I could ride with a mechanic
when I arrived so he could hear the noises and idle issues I was
talking about. Upon my arrival, Christy arranged to have me meet with
Jennifer King, another one of your service advisors. She too, was very
helpful, and as Christy promised, I was able to take a test drive with a
technician named Guy. Again, he too was very polite, and
professional. Jennifer was very thorough in explaining what parts I
needed to have replaced, as well as what my third party extended
warranty would cover, and what I would have to pay for. I told her that
I would need to pick up my truck at 9:30 this morning, and she said
that was fine. I arrived this morning, and my vehicle was ready as
promised. The paperwork was also complete, as well as accurate based on
the estimate she gave me. Jennifer went over the bill with me, gave me
one of her cards, and said to call her if I had any problems. I had the
air filter/oil change special done for 17.95, and the technician (I
don't know if it was Guy or not) was so honest that he told Jennifer
that my current air filter was like new, and it did not need
replacement, so he put it in my truck for future use! Again, most
impressive! I am still having an ongoing slight idle issue, but I'm
not going to worry about it at this time. I've taken it to 6 different
shops, and nobody can seem to pin it down. Jennifer told me that she
could not guarantee that the combustion cleaning would solve the
problem, so I am fine with that. Anyways, it's been A LONG TIME since
I've been treated this well by any repair shop, or for that matter, just
about any service business period! I live across town, so I haven't
come back to Jacksonville Dodge very often, even though I purchased my
truck there brand new. However, based on my experience during this
visit, I will be sure to come back. Please pass along my thanks to
Christy, Jennifer, and Guy for a job well done!
